3. Service Bookings & Quotes
Any pricing discussed over the phone prior to inspection is an estimate only. The final quote is confirmed by our technician on-site after diagnosing the issue, and no repair work will begin without your approval of this quote.
4. Service Warranty
Repairs carried out by Apex Company Refrigeration Works are covered by a 90-day service warranty on workmanship, unless otherwise specified at the time of service. This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused after our visit.
5. Spare Parts
We use genuine spare parts wherever possible. Where a genuine part is not immediately available, we will inform you and offer the best available alternative with your consent before proceeding.
6. Payment
Payment for completed services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We do not require full advance payment before a technician visit.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by calling or messaging us prior to the scheduled visit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future priority scheduling.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care during repairs, Apex Company Refrigeration Works is not liable for pre-existing damage or faults unrelated to the service performed, nor for losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.
